PERSUR, a company with offices in Mérida, Yucatán, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, makes available to our clients, suppliers, employees and the general public, our Privacy Notice.


PERSUR is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. In this regard, and in compliance with the legal obligations established by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, this document informs data subjects about the information collected from them and the purposes for which this information will be used.

The personal data you provide is used strictly for the performance of our company's functions and will not be transferred to third parties or disclosed under any circumstances.

We request the following personal data from our clients:

Name, phone number, email address and home address.

Financial data such as debit or credit card number, cardholder's name, bank name, expiration date and security code, bank account or CLABE account.

RFC to complete the billing information and carry out the process in question.

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary to establish our relationship with you, as well as to provide the services you request:
